I have decided to more or less switch blog hosting providers and have jumped ship wordpress. There are many reasons involving the switch and it's not %100 official. For now, its just what I'm feelin.

Stephanie and Joe Moore: 8/8/10
Yesterday I had the awesome oppourtunity to photograph Stephanie and Joe Moore's wedding. It was a great day filled with many family and friends. My good friend Jeff gave me a hand in the shooting and we had a great time too. I could hardly sleep last night as I recalled the images I shot.
Here are a couple quick edit's for a sneak peak.
Congratulations Stephanie and Joe!!!

Dogs
It seems lately, I have been taking a lot of pictures of dogs. Both for work and for leisure. Maybe it is because I don't own a dog and have never personally had any dogs. I have had dogs in the family, but they have never been "my" dog. A dog is a special bond and I have been thinking a lot about that and owning a dog in general. I know that financial I can't do it right now, nor could there be another dog at my house. But I have decided that owning a dog is a goal of mine that I need to work towards. Now, goals and I haven't been on the best of terms necessarily, but thats ok. In order to have a dog, certain things need to be in order. Having those things in order will not just mean that I can get a buddy, it means that I'm doing well for myself and have my shit together. And a little money. When the time comes when I can actually consider having a dog in my life, I will be a truly happy man.

Yosemite Valley: TR 5/1-2/10
I'm a little late getting to the trip report but as always said, better late then never. 2 weekends ago now, 5/1-2, Rob Sharpe and I headed out to the valley for a weekend of "hard" cracks.
The plan was to get me on some classics at the Cookie Cliff. Land of hard, steep, perfect cracks.

Ten Minute, 2 Light, Bouldering Photo.
Sometimes I get the urge to shoot climbing. Or just to shoot, but mainly climbing. Fortunately, I'm employed at the local climbing gym here in Livermore. So I grabbed my gear, hopped in the car and drove down to the gym.
